A recent survey amongst young Britons placed David Beckham and Brad Pitt top, and ranked the Lord Jesus Christ a hundred and twenty third with George Bush. The survey conducted by psychologists asked those between sixteen and twenty four for their nomination of those individuals they most admire. They could choose anyone in history. It seems that the top ten were chosen for their looks and glamour. The psychologists were depressed about it because it seems great looks were more preferred to great minds. 

How true the Scripture that man looks on the outward. But to think that the Lord Jesus Christ has been relegated to a handful of votes shows the state of true religion in the U.K. He still is despised and rejected of men. The only thing that was encouraging was that our Lord came top of the religious leaders. Oh, pray for our country, brethren.
